Knit Dress for Winter

 

I am finally in the Cold winter weather of England. Without a doubt.

I know that if you are reading this in England you will argue that the weather is quite “mild” this winter -and to local standards it most def. is. But for warm blooded latin creatures like myself – it feels like the world is coming to an end – unless I am wrapped up accordingly.

As I have mentioned in earlier posts, my first few cold winters focused on comfort rather than aesthetic. Now things are about finding a balance between the two – and days like today, when family dinners and visits to pubs with friends are part of the schedule, I wanted to look feminine – but stay warm. The answer?  KNITTED DRESSES.

Here, one of my personal favs – which I just picked up n NYC,-  a dress from Zadig & Voltaire, a brilliant Parisian brand with a lot of attitude and fantastic quality. Paired with boho boots from Free people and some of my personal warm fur and wool accessories.
